Titan Drilling fixed a major problem with a well that I had drilled at my place in Ulster County by what turned out to be a shady company. In the end, I would have saved a lot of money had I gone with Titan in the first place. Lesson learned.

Before I bought my home in Delaware County the real estate listing said "dug well" but I saw the wellhead on my first visit. So I called the local big guys - Titan. I gave them the address and they were able to pull up their records showing they had drilled a 420 foot well in 1996. They were professional and I love a company that keeps their records that organized. You just know they're going to do the same thing when they actually do the work. I haven't given them 5 stars because I haven't had to use them yet myself. If the well pump ever fails I'll call Titan and then update my review.

When my well pump went south on a Saturday, they arrived the same day and had me up and running in a couple of hours. Outstanding! They also came back a few days later to check on and adjust the pressure. Highly satisfied.
